Becoming a mother changes everything. You deserve to feel ready for it.
A self-paced program in attachment, relationship, and postpartum planning — so you enter this season grounded, supported, and confident, not just surviving it.
You’ve planned the birth.
But what about everything that comes after?
The transition into motherhood is one of the most profound shifts a person goes through, and most of us are handed almost no map for it. We're told to pack a hospital bag, not to prepare our nervous systems, our relationships or our sense of self for what's actually coming.
The Legacy Mother was built to change that. It's a program in attachment, emotional wellness, relationship health and practical postpartum planning, so you don't just survive the fourth trimester. You build the foundation for the kind of mother, partner and family you want to become. It also looks at you: what you learned about love and care growing up, and what you want to hand down.
You’ll enter postpartum with:
A felt understanding of attachment and attunement — and how to build it with your baby from day one
The skills to strengthen your partnership through one of its hardest and most important transitions
A real, realistic support system — people who know exactly how to help, because you told them how
The ability to recognize PMADs and PTSD early, in yourself or your partner, and know exactly where to turn
A practical plan for rest, feeding, health, home, and money — so logistics don't derail you
Less fear, less guesswork, more confidence in the mother you're becoming
What the program is:
Not a parenting course. A preparation for becoming one.
Most prenatal classes teach you about the baby. The Legacy Mother also looks at you: what you learned about love and care growing up, how you handle stress, who's in your corner, and what you want to hand down. The goal is a mother who feels more like herself, and a child who grows up secure.
What’s inside the course:
The Legacy Mother approach: attachment, attunement and co-regulation, what your own story means for your baby, and your archetype
The fourth trimester: what postpartum is, matrescence, your body and recovery, bonding, and tools for the season
Creating your vision: your values and the postpartum traditions you want to keep or create
Strengthening your village: your partner and your relationship, and your circles of support, including how to ask for help
Preparing your nest: rest and sleep, feeding, physical health, mental health and PMADs, home and family, money and going back to work
Your recovery: reframing and reset, cesarean recovery, NICU planning, and planning for multiples
Your postpartum plan: your milk retreat, postpartum net, your people and your budget
Birth considerations: what's worth researching, and tips for making decisions
Self-paced. Watch on your schedule, in short sections you can return to. Your workbook. A printed workbook arrives in the mail right after you sign up, with prompt cards to tuck in as you go, so the work doesn't live only on a screen.
Choose your level of care:
Every level starts the same way: your printed workbook goes in the mail right after you sign up, and you can immediately access the course. The tiers add additional support and curated items around that.
The Gift Box
A gift for the mother in your life, and for the village around her.
Baby showers are full of things for the baby. This box is for her. A linen keepsake box holds an eye pillow, a journal, a nurturing tea, and a seed-paper card she can plant. Journal prompt cards invite her to write down her own legacy, her birth story, and what she wants her village to know.
Add a note. Write a short personal message (up to about 300 characters) and we'll print it and place it inside.
A next step for her. Every box includes a card with a gift code toward the course, when she's ready.
$129, shipping included (within the U.S.)
This makes an excellent baby shower gift for your friend, sister, daughter, daughter-in-law, or colleague!

No. The Legacy Mother is education, reflection and planning. The sessions are with a licensed therapist, but they are not a substitute for therapy and don't create a therapy relationship.
-
Any time you're pregnant. Many mothers begin in the second trimester so there's time to plan and receive everything, and you're welcome to start earlier or later. If adopting, you can begin when you are ready - no need to wait for baby’s arrival.
The program is designed to start prior to delivery. If your baby is already here, reach out to discuss your options.
-
Your printed workbook is mailed right away and the course opens immediately.
In Tiers 2 and 3, you’ll fill out a short “Getting to Know You” questionnaire about you and the people around you, then book your 50-minute session with me. After that session, your Support Map (and, in Tier 3, your welcome box and Legacy Blueprint) are mailed to you.
-
The course and workbook are yours to use at any pace. If you're in Tier 3, we'll schedule your postpartum session when you're ready.
Funds on this gift card can go towards purchasing the Nesting course, Nesting follow-up, & any Becoming groups
